Nope! I pursued certification because I believe that – however generally well-positioned I may be by life experience and self-study to support others through coaching – I owe it to the people I will serve to commit my time and money to becoming the very best coach I can be.

You can expect to:
Receive personalized guidance and compassionate support from someone who wants to see you flourish
Get intimately in touch with your core values and learn practical strategies for living in alignment with them ( = an inherently fulfilling life)
Uncover and learn to effectively challenge unhelpful core beliefs that may be holding you back from fully embodying your potential and feeling at peace in your own skin
Learn a critical, science-backed approach to processing -- and harmoniously coexisting with -- difficult thoughts and feelings, like self-criticism and fear
Master the basics of habit change theory and develop a bespoke, highly actionable habit change plan, which you’ll be able to use as a repeatable template, forever
Learn to trade judgement for curiosity in all aspects of life ( = a calmer nervous system!)
For my fellow perfectionists: Discover your ‘perfectionist style’ and learn to adaptively harness your unique tendencies
For those interested in a physical health emphasis*: Learn functional strategies for improving nutrition, increasing energy, and strengthening your mind-body connection
Build a life you love!
*I’m also able to provide essential exercise guidance for those who are interested, but will be rolling out a more comprehensive personal training offering soon!

If you’ve tried things in the past and still haven’t quite been able to get where you want to go, chances are good that you didn’t have the right system, support, and/or accountability. The way I coach is designed to give you all three.
I do not take lightly your investment with me (your finances, nor your time and effort)! The moment you decide to show up for yourself, I will too. And in moments when it gets harder for you to do that, I’ll be there to support you.
So long as you want to work toward a fuller, healthier life, have patience with the process, and have the right support, powerful discoveries are inevitable.

I created my program for individuals who are fully committed to self-discovery and who want to be in the driver’s seat of their life. We’re in this together, but I won’t lie to you – this shit takes work.
I’m here to guide and support you, but you need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and sink your fingers into the process.
Another thing: you might think some of the questions I ask or suggestions I make are dumb and/or don’t apply to you at all – that’s fine! But you have to be willing to talk to me about why so I can recalibrate my future questions and suggestions.
In that same vein, you must be willing to try some things that are outside your comfort zone. That’s (unfortunately…for me too lol) the only way we grow.

Here are some things many coaches do, that I won’t:
Promise total transformation in an unreasonably short period of time
Lean on willpower or positive psychology to improve your self-image and life
Take an over-simplified, ‘eat this, not that’ approach to nutrition and health guidance
Fail to recognize that you are a whole person, with a diverse set of beliefs and needs tied to each of your struggles and desires (read: you can’t target one, ignore the others, and expect a change)
Something else that makes me different from many coaches is that, when working with perfectionists, I focus strongly on helping them to adaptively apply their tendencies rather than eradicate them. While popular culture generally talks about perfectionism like an illness to be cured, I believe it can actually be a strength, if properly channeled.
I’ve gained invaluable education in what it means to build a Self and a life you love, even when your mind is tirelessly trying to convince you that you’re playing a losing game with your own standards. I’m passionate about passing on what I’ve learned to other people like me.

My goal with health and life coaching is to help my clients tap into their innate wisdom, get in touch with their identity and what’s important to them, and construct actionable, self-compassionate strategies to build a life that remains in alignment with those discoveries.
I do this by:
Taking a strong, empathetic interest in your wellbeing
Curating tailored educational resources and personalized exercises, so you aren’t left to trial and error the internet’s bottomless – conflicting – advice
Helping you learn which questions you should really be asking to get the answers you need
Providing support and accountability in a way that empowers, rather than making you feel like you “need” my help or are required to “prove yourself” to me

I offer two options for coaching, which are outlined on my Services page.
The first option is offered in 12-week chunks, meaning the up front commitment will be to attend sessions once per week for 12 weeks.
Each session will be 50 - 60 minutes long and there will be take-home ‘action steps’ that may take up to another hour per week.
The second option will require you to attend one 90-minute call and one 45-minute follow up call. All of the personalized action steps we’ll develop together on our ‘deep dive call’ will be self-paced.
-
Yes! If you’re loving the ongoing support and stretch and want to level up by the end of your program, you can renew for another 6- or 12-week program, or opt for the Maintenance package.

Those who aren’t prepared to commit their energy and finances to the self-discovery process.
Those who want me to hand them a collection of silver-bullet answers to all their problems and a manual on the meaning of their life. (To my chagrin, I don’t presently have that kind of infinite wisdom. 😭)
Chronic skeptics and/or emotional vampires. (I will always listen compassionately and validate your feelings as you explain your struggles, so long as we can follow those conversations up with action, wherever appropriate. If you are not interested in taking action, this is not the partnership for you.)
Those who want to use the insights they gain and the skills they learn to tightly control themselves and their lives. (As you will find, should we work together, this program is about learning to peacefully coexist with the hard stuff rather than gaining mastery over it.)
Those who are looking for professional mental health support. (Therapists and coaches have verrry different scopes of work.) That said, my programs may provide brilliant complementary support to your journey with your mental health professional!
